DesktopFreak is a freeware tool in which you can change
your Desktop Themes as a whole, or change the different
components of a theme (wallpaper, screen saver, dekstop-
icons, pointers, sounds, fonts, colors, and logo screens)
manually.
DesktopFreak comes with a program that manages the
Installation/Uninstallation of your themes, and puts a link
in the Add/Remove programs section in the control panel.
NOTES:
** DesktopFreak can only change your Windows Theme. If you
need a tool to create themes, then you should try
ThemeFreak
