All goods on offer are individually handmade in Southern
Africa, but mainly in the province of KwaZulu Natal:
stretching from the mighty Drakensburg Mountains,
through the foothills of the Natal Midlands and down
through the Valley of 1000 Hills, to the warm waters
of the Indian Ocean.

Many of the individual artists work from home or small
communal workshops, and, since each article is handmade to
order, the colours and sizes may vary slightly. Stocks are
kept to modest levels, hence delivery times may vary for
different products, but once we receive your order it will
be processed with the minimum of delay, carefully packed
and dispatched via airmail to you as quickly as possible.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase then
please talk to us. Our objective is to have a satisfied customer
who will return to us as a friend and, in turn,  will tell their own
friends about us. Please e-mail, phone or fax to us if you have
a problem, or even if you simply want to let us know how thrilled
you are with your purchase, and we will do what we can to
help you. All feedback and suggestions for improving our web page
and product range will be gratefully received and acknowledged.

Defective or damaged goods will be replaced free of charge if
sent back pre-paid and insured, with the original packing.
Should a similar — or better — replacement not be available,
then we will arrange a refund. Kindly note that, due to the high
cost of postage, we cannot replace items incorrectly ordered,
so please, to avoid disappointment, check your purchase order
carefully for the correct product codes before making payment.
